Scanning and archiving
Scanning and Archiving solution enables organizations to move toward a paperless environment by storing all documents.
To perform the scanning works Maarch came on site with two high performance scanning stations and a team of experienced scanning operators. Following the types of documents to be digitized, their index values and the scanning parameters, the team starts to process documents.
Maarch has a capture software which called MCC (Maarch Capture Connector). The MCC allows automatically to process documents just scanning documents and you can fill the case like destination or records…
The indexing scanning was automated and where possible using OCR (Optical character recognition) technology.
Once validated the scanned documents were transferred to the archiving system were they were stored as PDF files on the Docserver and the index and information values in the Database.
Archiving System Maarch is easy to use and efficiency. This application provides customers with an organization-wide solution to their document scanning enabling staff members to quickly scan documents into the system, associate documents with records, and can incorporate the resulting digital documents directly into users' workflow.

With Maarch searching a document has become extremely fast and visit to the paper archive have become history.
In the administration area you can manage users, groups, doctypes, baskets, entities and rights to access to documents.
