Circulation

Document circulation is orchestrated through our non-deterministic workflow, which uses the baskets. Baskets shows any users a particular set of documents: those they have to process, those they must validate, etc... Circulation relies on this mechanism : documents are passing from one basket to another one when a users changes the status of a mail or simply transfer it to another user.

The application lets the users, who know their job, decide what the next step should be and who should do it. The application only assist them in making the right decision, and limit what they can and cannot do.
