With Maarch applications, you are provided with a complete environment to manage efficiently and securely all your organisation's documents.

Fast and intuitive indexing

Record and index your documents in a blip. The indexing page has been design to facilitate and speed up this off-puting but necessary step. While you fill-in the form with all the information, the document is still displayed aside to ease information fetching.

Find quickly any document

Any recorded document can be easily and quickly found. Maarch Enterprise allows you to perform search on any metadata and piece of information associated with the documents. You can even search for keywords inside the documents content.

Circulation

Maarch Entreprise ships two workflow engines. The first one, actually the most used, is what we call "non-deterministic" : it lets the users, who know their job, decide what the next step should be and who should do it. The application only assist them in making the right decision, and limit what they can do. The other one is the more classical procedural workflow, which let the administrator set up each step and actor.

Maarch Entreprise can also be integrated with any third party workflow engine.

Keep all your documents safe

As Maarch Entreprise is built on top of Maarch Framework, every document is stored as a record. As such, its integrity can be asserted at any time and its full history is kept safe.

In addition to that, the filter-based security model of Maarch Entreprise ensures that document can only be seen by authorized persons, for information security reasons, but also for efficiency (it removes unnecessary clutter).
