The City wishes to provide its services to a modern and efficient mail processing tool, secure its information systems and reduce its operating costs. Maarch was selected for its ease of implementation and use.

Aware of the strategic stake, General Manager has decided to proceed with a prior audit. This audit is aimed, among other things, determine the process of organizing to implement for all agents of the community.
