The French company “ECA Assurances” integrates Maarch Entreprise into its business solution to optimize its record management

ECA Assurances, brokerage firm, specialist in private individuals insurance, has interfaced Maarch Entreprise with its Java application " Mimente ", used since 2009. Maarch Entreprise is used for its archiving system, workflow and restoration of all ECA Assurances’s files.

Maarch Entreprise integrated into the business tool

Maarch Entreprise is used to digitalize and archive files of insured persons (DMS software). The scanning files are used through Mimente, their business software. ECA Assurances needs to view different parts of a dematerialized insured files, through a DMS tool (Maarch Entreprise) integrated to its business tool (Mimente).

The insured files contain all the information of their customers like administrative, professional and civil information, specifications, contracts and amendments, incoming mails, …

From the incoming of documents to their management

All the ECA Aurrances’s incoming documents are scanned and added in Maarch Entreprise, by an external service provider. The physical documents are then archived. Digitized documents are dispatched manually or automatically. More than 400 mails per day are treated.

The automatic dispatch is made by Maarch Entreprise. It concerns 20 percent of incoming documents. Automation is possible thanks to the OCR that works perfectly with structured documents. The document is placed in the Maarch process basket of one of 200 users and is stored in a folder. Maarch Entreprise incorporates the organization chart. Documents are send in real time in synchronous mode by Web services, so it permits a strict follow up of the record.

The manual dispatch is made by Mimente. The organization chart is implemented in Maarch Entreprise. By Web services from Mimente, all incoming documents are dispatched very quickly.
