Maarch Entreprise a special installation for 220 SICTIAM’s members
SICTIAM Choose the mail management extension of Maarch Entreprise system in Saas Factory
220 territorial collectivities and public institution, in 3 departments of the southeast in France, work with SICTIAM, mixed labor union, for their computing solutions.
SICTIAM is the first customer to install the new Maarch Entreprise offer in “SaaS Factory” mode. This offer consists in installing a trusted platform for the document management in hosted mode.
Hosted in SaaS mod, Maarch Entreprise is the base of the Mail Management solution, used by more than 220 entities. SICTIAM is both operator and host of the solution. The organized architecture is simple and intelligent. It allows the coexistence of multiple instances compartmentalized and customizable within a single installation.
Satisfied users
For the users, everything is simple: it is enough to have an Internet connection to be able to consult, record or look for a mail. Its simple and ergonomic interface allows easy mails recording. Added to a scanner the solution is more powerful: when we digitize a document, the application automatically opens an input window and displays the preview of the mail. Then the user enters the information related to the mail: type of mail, nature of the sending, object, processing service etc. … Beyond the basic features of mail tracking, Maarch Entreprise proposes management of mails models, implementation of validation and processing workflow, mail’s rerouting and e-mail recording.
An innovative and relevant offer
SICTIAM is in charge of its infrastructure, data and documents entrusted by its members. Members benefit from powerful Mail Management solution on a space dedicated to their community. All the associated services (training, settings, customization and installation of scanners) are performed by the SICTIAM’s agents. The Open Source nature of the solution makes the SaaS platform inexpensive, secured on the long term, thanks to the application support provided by the editor.

We are extremely pleased to bring Maarch to the era of SaaS, not as simple hosting platform, but as global methods and tools to provide a turnkey SaaS solution to the service providers as the SICTIAM.
What interested us as editors of the solution is to push the integrated and strongly customizable character of Maarch to make it handle multiple instances of applications within a unique installation. However, most of the code and configuration is common. Delta overrides the standard code for the needs of the member. Thus, Maarch Entreprise is a product followed in version, without having an impact on production.
