What changes between 2.7 and 2.8

Maarch LetterBox 2.8 reduces the process, improve the classification, and was reinforced in ergonomic.

Improved treatment

• When you index your mail, you can register a partial indexation and resume later, all indexing information are already saved.
• During mail treatment, you can answer with an office automation software (OpenOffice / LibreOffice) straight from Maarch LetterBox, thanks to Webdav technology !
• You can sign the answer project with the signer name (selected in the user directory of the application).
• From a basket you can now close in mass, a single click, you select letters.
• You can send closed cases in Maarch LetterBox, by email, to external users ! 3 directories are available : sender directory, user directory and your personal address book.
• Outgoing emails are archived and integrated to cases, the full-text search and the search on attachments are available.
• When you are storing your mail, you can choose actions, wich depends on the document typology : recordable document, waiting for validation, instantly close.
  You specify the grounds for redirection (for treatment, for information, for answer project validation) with baskets synchronisation.

A better classification

• You can create personal folders but also shared folders to manage cases.

Improved Ergonomics

• In the indexing page of mails, you can put some notes.
• Better usability in details pages : The cases detail page have been revised. From a unique page with all information (history, notes, actions…), we switched to a page with tabbed browsing. Access to information is thus lighter and faster...

Graphic and functional customizations

• We have integrated flexibility in the baskets creation. Administrators can get back the datas from every Maarch LetterBox tables . For example, you can use name and first name of receiver, not just its identifier
• Administrators can custom the result list of baskets, printing of baskets contents, choosing which field need to be displayed or not, sorting filters to apply, associated icons …
• You can integrate a street directory of your township, if you have one.
